What are your store hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Can I bring my own shirts?
No. Seymore Green supplies the garments so we can control quality, sizing, and print results.
How do the shirts fit?
Our standard T-shirts are unisex, true to fit, pre-shrunk, and 100% cotton. Specialty and heather garments may use a cotton blend; exact garment details are confirmed when needed.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes. Youth sizes are available for Personal and Business orders. Youth pricing is currently confirmed by quote while we finish adding the youth price schedule.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Confirmed orders of $199 or more before sales tax ship free. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated separately. Quote Pending orders receive shipping confirmation with the final price.
Do you offer premium shirts?
Yes. Choose Premium T-Shirt in the app. Premium garments cost more than our standard shirt, so we will confirm the exact garment and price before production.
What is the minimum business order?
Business garment orders currently have a six-item minimum. Personal customers may order a single item.
Can you create my logo?
Yes. Choose “I Need a Logo Created,” describe your idea, and select Simple, Standard, or Detailed logo creation.
What printing process do you use?
We use full-color DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Your design is printed in full color onto a special transfer film and professionally heat-pressed onto the garment. DTF produces bright colors, sharp details, and a durable print on light or dark garments.
When is payment required?
Custom orders require full payment before production begins. Quote-only items are reviewed and priced before payment is collected.
